Responsibilities:
- Monitor and manage daily facility operations
- Ensure matches/games are running smoothly and on schedule
- Check equipment regularly and report any issues or maintenance needs
- Maintain cleanliness and overall organization of the facility
- Support customers and assist with general inquiries
- Coordinate with staff to ensure excellent service and smooth operations
- Ensure safety and operational standards are followed at all times
Requirements:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Fluent in English (spoken and written)
- Basic Arabic is a plus
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Responsible, organized, and detail-oriented
- Team player with a positive attitude
- Previous experience in sports facilities, hospitality, customer service, or operations is preferred
Must currently hold a valid Bahrain working visa / transferable visa
