Captain

We are looking for a responsible and proactive Captain to oversee daily facility operations and ensure everything runs smoothly throughout the shift. The ideal candidate should be organized, attentive, and able to communicate professionally with both customers and team members.

Responsibilities:
- Monitor and manage daily facility operations
- Ensure matches/games are running smoothly and on schedule
- Check equipment regularly and report any issues or maintenance needs
- Maintain cleanliness and overall organization of the facility
- Support customers and assist with general inquiries
- Coordinate with staff to ensure excellent service and smooth operations
- Ensure safety and operational standards are followed at all times

Requirements:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Fluent in English (spoken and written)
- Basic Arabic is a plus
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Responsible, organized, and detail-oriented
- Team player with a positive attitude
- Previous experience in sports facilities, hospitality, customer service, or operations is preferred


Must currently hold a valid Bahrain working visa / transferable visa
