I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering and currently work in Riyadh as an Electrical Engineer with experience in technical office work, site execution, and QA/QC across consultancy and construction projects in Saudi Arabia. My background includes electrical design, lighting and power systems, ELV systems, site supervision, inspections, and preparation of technical documentation.
In my current role at Basmat Al-Riyada Engineering Consultancy, I am involved in developing electrical layouts, preparing shop drawings and single-line diagrams, conducting load calculations, reviewing material submittals, and coordinating with architectural and MEP teams to ensure design compliance with SBC and IEC standards. I also carry out site inspections, prepare WIRs and QA/QC reports, and support project approvals.
Previously, I worked as an Electrical and Fire Alarm Site Engineer and as an Electrical Engineer for ELV systems, where I gained practical experience in installation supervision, testing and commissioning, consultant coordination, and project handover documentation.
My experience with AutoCAD, Dialux, BOQ review, technical submittals, and site coordination, combined with my transferable Iqama and familiarity with Saudi project standards, enables me to contribute effectively from the start.
