Procurement Executive (Joinery Division)

Key Responsibilities:
• Assist the Procurement Manager and team in day-to-day procurement activities.
• Follow up with suppliers for quotations, purchase confirmations, and required documents.
• Assist in obtaining internal approvals, payment follow-up, delivery follow-up, shipment clearance follow-up, invoice & GRN follow-up and final submittal of finance.
• Prepare purchase orders and related procurement documentation under supervision.
• Coordinate with suppliers for proforma, delivery schedules, and shipment status updates.
• Assist in preparation of documents required for customs clearance and coordination with clearing agents.
• Maintain accurate filing system for purchase orders, invoices, delivery notes, clearance documents, GRN etc. (hard and soft copies).
• Monitor incoming and outgoing materials and update procurement records accordingly.
• Follow up on delivery status and ensure timely receipt of goods at warehouse or stores.
• Support execution of procurement plans as directed by senior procurement staff.
• Perform any additional procurement-related tasks assigned by management or Procurement Manager.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree is must, additional eligibility like Diploma in Supply Chain, Business Administration, Logistics, or related field will be considered as priority in selection.
- With 3–5 years of experience in procurement, logistics, or administrative support roles preferred.
- Sound Knowledge of procurement and supply chain processes.
- Familiarity with vendor coordination and purchase documentation.
- Knowledge of Furniture fittings, boards, wood and interior materials is an advantage.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Ability to work with ERP systems (training can be provided).
- Strong English communication skills (written and spoken).
