Review & understand the EPC Contractor's Construction Philosophy and check their compliance in line with Contract documents and Local standard.
Review the construction Quality Assurance Plan (QAP) submitted by EPC Contractor prior to commencement of work and check their compliance with respect to Contract documents.
Inform Client and Contractor regarding deviation and corrective action, if any.
Review the adequacy of the mobilization by EPC Contractor as per plan and advise EPC Contractor for corrective action, if any.
Review the work procedure and method statement submitted by EPC Contractor and advise corrections, if required.
Understand the Priority of work based on overall Project Schedule and advise EPC Contractor to focus on Priority areas also review the availability of supply materials in sequence with Construction & priority.
Supervise the job as per approved drawings, specifications and QAP. Review and ensure the availability of record on construction quality documents, protocols and test results as per agreed QAP by EPC contractor.
Physical verification of work (like line , level , reinforcement, formwork and embedment etc) according to drawing. Conduct Quality Audit at site.
Witness various test conducted at Laboratory by EPC contractor.
Suggest corrective action as per requirement and inform EPC Contractor for compliance of violation observed.
Review, check and certify JMR (Joint Measurement Record) of work Attend Scheduled meeting and assist on site Project Manager in Coordination with SYYT and Engineering department, for any issue during execution and to resolve the same.
