• Minimum 8–10 years of experience in tendering and estimation for building construction projects.
• Strong experience in preparing technical and commercial proposals for public and private sector projects.
• Thorough knowledge of the local Saudi market, subcontractors, suppliers, and material pricing.
• Must be registered with the Saudi Council of Engineers.
• Proficient in AutoCAD, Primavera P6, Microsoft Office, and estimation software.
• Ability to review tender documents, drawings, specifications, BOQs, and contract conditions.
• Strong knowledge of cost estimation, budgeting, value engineering, and bid analysis.
• Experience in coordinating with suppliers, subcontractors, consultants, and clients during tender stages.
• Ability to prepare tender schedules, method statements, and technical submittals.
• Sound understanding of construction contracts, commercial terms, and procurement procedures.
• Strong negotiation, analytical, and communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet strict tender submission deadlines.
• Excellent report writing and presentation skills.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken; Arabic language skills are an advantage.
• Valid Saudi driving license preferred.
