Requirements:
5+ years of relevant experience in luxury boating / yachting operations
Valid licenses and certifications (must be currently active)
Strong knowledge of safety procedures and safe navigation
Ability to maintain high standards of service, discretion, and guest comfort
Professional communication and calm decision-making
Familiar with VIP/charter expectations and onboard etiquette
Preferred
Experience serving VIP clientele
Background in maintenance coordination / onboard support
Fluency in English (additional languages a plus)
