Key Responsibilities
Define project scope, goals, and deliverables
Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets
Coordinate internal teams, developers, engineers, and external stakeholders
Manage technology and software development projects from planning to deployment
Assign tasks and monitor progress against timelines
Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies
Manage changes to project scope, schedule, and costs
Ensure quality standards and compliance are met
Communicate project status, issues, and updates to stakeholders
Lead meetings, presentations, and reporting activities
Close projects and evaluate performance outcomes
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
Proven experience in project management, preferably in the technology or software industry
Experience working with technical teams, software developers, and IT infrastructure projects
Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and technology workflows
Strong leadership and team management skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Organizational and time-management skills
Problem-solving and decision-making capabilities
