Admin Project Manager

Overview
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Admin Project Manager to oversee administrative operations while managing project coordination and execution. The ideal candidate should have strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills, along with experience handling administrative processes and supporting project delivery across teams.

Key Responsibilities

Manage daily administrative and operational activities
Coordinate and monitor project timelines, tasks, and deliverables
Support project planning, documentation, and reporting
Schedule meetings, prepare reports, and maintain records
Communicate with internal teams, clients, vendors, and stakeholders
Track project progress and ensure deadlines are met
Assist in budget tracking, procurement, and resource allocation
Maintain organized filing systems and project documentation
Handle office coordination and administrative support functions
Identify operational issues and recommend process improvements
Ensure smooth communication between departments and management

Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field
Proven experience in administration and project coordination/management
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Ability to manage schedules, priorities, and deadlines effectively
Proficiency in Microsoft Office including Microsoft Excel and Microsoft PowerPoint
Strong problem-solving and leadership skills
Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism

Preferred Skills

Experience working in fast-paced or multi-project environments
Knowledge of project documentation and reporting processes
Familiarity with administrative policies and operational workflows
Basic understanding of budgeting and resource management
