We are looking for a professional and customer-focused Front Office Executive to join our team in Bahrain. The ideal candidate must be locally available in Bahrain, possess excellent communication skills, and be able to handle front desk operations efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
Welcome and assist visitors, clients, and guests professionally
Answer and direct phone calls and emails
Manage front desk operations and maintain a tidy reception area
Handle appointments, schedules, and meeting room bookings
Maintain records, files, and office documents
Coordinate with different departments for administrative support
Receive and distribute couriers, packages, and mail
Assist with basic office administrative tasks
Requirements
Locally available in Bahrain
Immediate joiner preferred
Previous experience in front office, receptionist, or administrative role is an advantage
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
Professional appearance and positive attitude
Ability to multitask and work under pressure
