We are looking for a high-impact Senior Inventory Controller who bridges the gap between physical warehouse operations and meticulous financial accounting. If you are an inventory expert with a deep accounting foundation, a passion for data-driven precision, and the leadership drive to own the entire inventory lifecycle, we want to hear from you.

As a Senior Inventory Controller, you won’t just be "counting stock." You will be the architect of our inventory integrity, ensuring that every unit is accounted for, every variance is explained, and our working capital is optimized for growth.

In this position, you will lead the inventory control function with a focus on financial accuracy and operational efficiency. You will be responsible for the end-to-end reconciliation of physical stock against the General Ledger, overseeing complex audits, and translating raw data into actionable insights for the executive team.

Key Responsibilities
Inventory Accounting Excellence: Manage all inventory-related financial transactions, including COGS analysis, valuation (FIFO/Weighted Average), and provisions for obsolete or slow-moving stock.

Audit & Compliance: Design and lead monthly cycle counts and annual full-scale wall-to-wall audits. Ensure 99.9% inventory accuracy across all locations.

Data Analysis & Reporting: Build and maintain comprehensive inventory dashboards. Analyze turnover rates, shrinkage trends, and aging reports to identify risks and opportunities.

Process Leadership: Establish and enforce Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for receiving, transfers, and outbound logistics to minimize leakage.

Cross-Functional Ownership: Act as the primary link between the Finance, Warehouse, and Commercial teams to ensure seamless stock flow and financial reporting.

Qualifications & Requirements
Experience: Minimum of 8 years in inventory control, with at least 3 years in a senior or lead capacity.

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is mandatory. A professional certification (e.g., CPA, CMA, or CPIM) is a significant plus.

Technical Mastery: Advanced proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., Oracle, SAP, Microsoft Dynamics) and expert-level Excel skills (Power Query, Pivot Tables, Macro-level analysis).

Analytical Mindset: Proven ability to handle large datasets and turn them into executive-level reports.

Leadership: A high level of ownership. You are someone who doesn't just identify a problem but builds the solution and leads the team through its implementation.
