Main Role:
The CRC Helper supports the CRC team in daily operational activities, ensuring proper handling, movement, and documentation of materials and equipment in compliance with company procedures and safety standards.
Responsibilities:
1)Understand all of the chemical materials MSDS that used in plating process, especially, the (PPE) that required for each chemical.
2)Support the plater technician in the day- to day tasks as required.
3)Loading and unloading parts.
4)Segregate the parts in the shelve
5)Cleaning all the tanks.
6)Manual cleaning by using an approved tools & consumables.
7)Cleaning the painting booth.
8)Handling the parts through process, preparing, pre-cleaning, and drying.
9)Supporting the team during tank’s solution adjustment or chemical solution changing process
10)Supporting the team in the disposal process of wasted chemical materials.
11)Supporting the team to bring the items from chemical store.
12)Collaborate with colleagues and team members to achieve job specific goals, sharing insight and expertise (General Duty).
13)Perform any other duty assigned by line superior related to the job as needed. (General Duty)
14)The employee shall comply with Health, Safety & Environment policies, procedures and guidelines under MEPC to create a safer environment (General Duty).
