We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Recruiter for our manpower consultancy. The candidate should have experience in handling recruitment agencies both locally and overseas, with strong knowledge of sourcing, coordination, and client requirements.
Responsibilities:
Coordinate with local and overseas recruitment agencies
Source and screen candidates based on client requirements
Handle recruitment documentation and follow-ups
Maintain good relationships with clients and agencies
Manage interviews, shortlisting, and candidate tracking
Ensure timely mobilization and deployment of candidates
Requirements:
Previous experience in manpower recruitment or consultancy
Experience handling local and overseas agencies
Hindi is mandatory
Good communication and coordination skills
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Basic computer knowledge and reporting skills
