Junior Sales Engineer - Electricial (SAR 3000)

The Junior Sales Engineer (Electrical) is responsible for generating new business opportunities, building and maintaining strong client relationships, and achieving sales targets for the company’s electrical contracting projects. This role includes identifying and pursuing prospects, preparing and presenting technical and commercial proposals, negotiating contracts, and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle. The Junior Sales Engineer is expected to apply technical expertise in electrical systems and solutions while promoting the company’s capabilities, reputation, and values in the market.

QUALIFICATION:
Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
Additional training in sales techniques, negotiation, or CRM is an advantage.

EXPERIENCE:
3 years of proven sales experience, preferably in construction, contracting, or related industries.
Experience in B2B sales and handling corporate clients in KSA is preferred.
Track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.

COMPETENCIES:
Sound communication and interpersonal skills.
Excellent negotiation and persuasion skills.
Market knowledge of construction/contracting industry in KSA.
Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.
Presentation and proposal writing skills.
Self-motivated with target-driven approach.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Ability to work independently and in a team.
Proficiency in Arabic for effective client interaction is preferred.
