Job Responsibilities:
Manage and control company documents and records
Maintain proper filing system for drawings, reports, invoices, and correspondence
Ensure all documents are updated and distributed correctly
Coordinate with project, procurement, and HR departments
Prepare reports and track document status
Maintain confidentiality and accuracy of records
Requirements:
Experience in document control or administration
Good knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and email handling
Strong organizational and communication skills
Experience in construction company is preferred
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
