Requirements
5–10 years of hotel industry experience, including leadership or senior management roles
Proven experience operating within GCC and Middle Eastern markets
Strong financial, operational, and leadership capabilities
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced hospitality environment
Must currently reside in Bahrain
