1. SAP Production Planning Consultant
Job Description:
System Configuration: Configure and customize SAP PP modules to meet business manufacturing needs.Master Data Management: Define and maintain core data elements, including Bills of Materials (BOM), work centers, and routings.Planning & Scheduling: Run and analyze Demand Management (forecasts) and Material Requirements Planning (MRP) to ensure material availability.Capacity Planning: Evaluate and level production capacity to avoid bottlenecks and align with capacity
Manage production orders, from creation and release to technical completion.Integration & Testing: Integrate the PP module with SAP MM, FI/CO, and SD, and perform functional/regression testing for upgrades
2. SAP Preventive Maintenance (PM)-Consultant
Job Description:
System Configuration & Implementation,
Preventive Planning & Scheduling: Create and maintain time-based (e.g., monthly,weekly) and usage-based (e.g., operating hours) maintenance plans,Master Data Management: Structure Technical Objects, including Functional Locations, Equipment Master Records, and Bills of Materials (BOMs).Work Order Processing: Manage the end-to-end maintenance process: create notifications, generate work orders (IW31), assign resources, track spare parts, and perform completion confirmations (IW41).System Configuration (Consultant): Configure SAP PM components to map business requirements, including task lists, maintenance strategies, and measuring points.Integration & Reporting: Integrate PM with Materials Management (MM) for procurement and Finance/Controlling (FI/CO) for maintenance cost analysis
3. SAP Quality Management (QM) -Consultant
System Configuration & Implementation: Customize SAP QM components, including inspection lots, sampling procedures, Master Inspection Characteristics (MICs), inspection plans, and usage decisions.Business Process Mapping: Conduct workshops to analyze business requirements, perform fit-gap analysis, and map quality processes (incoming, in-process, outgoing) into SAP solutions.Integration Management: Integrate the QM module with other modules, including Production Planning (PP), Materials Management (MM), Sales & Distribution (SD), and Warehouse Management (EWM/WM).Quality Control & Compliance: Manage quality notifications, defects, non-conformance reports (NCRs), and audit documentation to comply with industry standards (e.g., ISO, FDA).Testing and Validation: Develop functional specifications, create test scripts, and execute Unit Testing (UT), System Integration Testing (SIT), and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
