Handle daily office coordination and administrative activities
Maintain records, documents, and office files
Support procurement and office purchasing activities
Prepare reports, quotations, emails, and official correspondence
Manage schedules, meetings, and follow-ups
Assist in HR and operational coordination tasks
Ensure smooth office operations and proper workplace organization
Preferred Skills
Experience in social media handling is an advantage
Knowledge of post creation and post designing is a plus
Familiarity with Canva, basic graphic designing, or social media platforms will be preferred
