Job Description

1. Project Coordination: Oversee the planning, execution, and evaluation of marketing campaigns across various channels, ensuring they meet performance targets and budget constraints.
2. Administrative Support: Provide comprehensive administrative assistance to the director, including managing schedules, organizing meetings, and handling correspondence.
3. Documentation Management: Organize and maintain files, records, and reports, ensuring easy access to important information.
4. Communication Liaison: Act as a point of contact between the director and other staff, clients, or stakeholders, facilitating effective communication and collaboration.
5. Team Leadership and Coordination: Lead and coordinate the marketing team’s activities, ensuring effective communication and collaboration among team members to achieve project goals.
6. Performance Tracking and Reporting: Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing initiatives, preparing reports and presentations for stakeholders to demonstrate results and inform future strategies.
7. Budget Management: Assist in managing the marketing budget, ensuring resources are allocated effectively to maximize return on investment.
8. Creative Development: Contribute to the creative process by brainstorming and developing innovative marketing ideas and promotional materials that resonate with target audiences.
9. Event Planning: Help coordinate events, meetings, and presentations, including logistics and materials preparation.


Requirments:
1. Bachelor’s degree or diploma in a relevant fields.
2. 3 to 4 years of experience
3. Proficiency with office software and systems is essential.
