???? KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
─────────────────────────────
✅ Erect, align, and dismantle formwork systems for concrete structures
✅ Read and interpret construction drawings and formwork plans
✅ Construct formwork for foundations, columns, beams, slabs, and walls
✅ Ensure formwork is properly supported, braced, and dimensionally accurate
✅ Work alongside rebar and concrete teams in a coordinated manner
✅ Strip and clean formwork after concrete curing
✅ Comply with all site safety and HSE requirements

REQUIREMENTS
─────────────────────────────
Minimum 3–5 years of experience as a Formwork Carpenter
Proficiency in timber, panel, and proprietary formwork systems (e.g., PERI, DOKA)
Ability to read and understand construction drawings
Knowledge of safe formwork erection and striking procedures
Trade certificate in carpentry or formwork is an advantage
Good physical fitness and ability to work at heights
