Position: Civil Construction Worker / Labourer

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
─────────────────────────────
✅ Assist in all aspects of civil and earthworks construction activities
✅ Support trades including concreters, steel fixers, and carpenters
✅ Perform manual excavation, backfilling, compaction, and material handling
✅ Load, unload, and distribute materials and equipment on site
✅ Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
✅ Operate basic hand and power tools as directed
✅ Follow all on-site HSE policies and safety instructions

REQUIREMENTS
─────────────────────────────
Minimum 1–2 years of construction site experience preferred
Willingness to perform physical, outdoor, and manual labour tasks
Basic understanding of construction site safety practices
Ability to follow instructions and work effectively in a team
Valid site safety certification (e.g., CSCS card) is an advantage
Physically fit and able to work in varying site conditions
