Role: Leads kitchen operations including menu execution, food quality, cost control, and team management. Oversees procurement, maintains hygiene standards, and drives innovation in menu development.

Role: Leads bakery production, ensures consistency in recipes and product quality, manages baking team, and oversees inventory and production planning.

3. Restaurant Manager
Role: Role: Oversees full restaurant operations including P&L management, team leadership, guest experience, and brand standards. Responsible for budgeting, cost control, staffing, training, compliance, and driving revenue growth. Ensure high service standards, monitor KPIs, manage vendor relations, and lead continuous improvement initiatives.
