The Role
As the Project Control Manager, you will be responsible for the end-to-end lifecycle of project planning and execution. You will bridge the gap between field operations and management, ensuring that every milestone is met with precision and financial efficiency.
Key Requirements
Experience: Minimum 5 to 6 years of solid experience specifically in a Project Control Manager role.
Industry Background: Proven experience working within Civil Contracting companies.
Technical Expertise: Advanced proficiency in Primavera (P6) is essential. Candidates should also be well-versed in other industry-standard planning and MS Office software.
Leadership: Strong ability to manage project timelines, budgets, and multidisciplinary teams.
Core Responsibilities
Develop and maintain comprehensive project schedules using Primavera.
Monitor project progress, identify potential delays, and implement mitigation strategies.
Manage cost engineering activities, including budgeting and forecasting.
Prepare detailed monthly progress reports and performance dashboards for stakeholders.
