Preparing technical and commercial proposals
Ensuring compliance and timely submission of bids
Developing competitive bid strategies
Reviewing subcontractor and vendor quotations
Supporting contract negotiations and post-tender discussions
Identifying project risks, scope gaps, and submission requirements
Managing project handover processes and issuing internal work orders with complete project details
