Fire Alarm Technician (Only Transferable Iqama)

Core Responsibilities
• Install fire alarm systems, smoke detectors, heat detectors, pull stations, control panels, sirens, and emergency lighting.
• Read and interpret electrical drawings, wiring diagrams, and system layouts.
• Perform wiring, conduit installation, cable termination, and device mounting.
• Test and commission fire alarm systems to ensure proper operation.
• Conduct preventive maintenance and periodic inspections.
• Troubleshoot faults, short circuits, communication failures, and defective devices.
• Repair or replace faulty components and panels.
• Ensure systems comply with local fire codes, safety standards, and regulations.
• Coordinate with electricians, HVAC teams, and civil contractors during projects.
• Prepare service reports, maintenance logs, and inspection documentation.
• Respond to emergency breakdown calls and alarm activations.
• Program and configure fire alarm control panels when required.
