A. ROLE PURPOSE ( A HIGH LEVEL DESCRIPTION OF THE ROLE)
Support the development, enhancement, and usability of business dashboards by building high-quality visualizations, enabling reporting automation, and ensuring dashboards are user-friendly, actionable, and aligned with business needs.
Key Accountabilities:
1. Dashboard Development & Visualization
• Develop and maintain dashboards using Power BI
• Design intuitive and user-friendly visualizations
• Build drill-downs and interactive dashboard features
• Translate business requirements into effective dashboard layouts
2. Reporting Automation
• Automate recurring reports and data refresh processes
• Reduce manual reporting efforts through system-driven solutions
• Ensure consistency and reliability of reports
3. Data Preparation & Support
• Support data cleaning, transformation, and preparation
• Work with structured datasets provided by the Data Architect
• Assist in troubleshooting data inconsistencies in dashboards
4. Dashboard Optimization & User Experience
• Improve dashboard performance and usability
• Ensure dashboards are aligned with business usage needs
• Continuously enhance visuals based on stakeholder feedback
5. Collaboration & Iteration
• Work closely with business stakeholders to refine dashboards
• Support rapid iteration and enhancement cycles
• Align with Data Architect on data structure and logic

• Dashboard delivery timelines

• Reduction in manual reporting

Required Experience:
• 6+ years in BI / Data Visualization / Reporting
• Strong hands-on experience with Power BI (visualization focus)
• Experience building interactive dashboards
• Experience in business reporting and analytics
Technical Skills:
• Power BI (visuals, DAX basics, dashboard design)
• SQL (basic to intermediate)
• Data transformation (Power Query or similar)
• Experience in digital / eCommerce analytics
• Understanding of funnel metrics or customer journeys
• Exposure to tools like Google Analytics 4
