Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise daily production activities of power and control panel boards
• Lead and manage a team of technicians and electricians
• Ensure correct assembly, wiring, and testing as per drawings and specifications
• Review electrical schematics, GA drawings, and panel layouts
• Monitor productivity, quality, and delivery timelines
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and company procedures
• Coordinate with engineering, QA/QC, and project teams
• Troubleshoot technical issues and implement corrective actions
• Maintain proper documentation and reporting

Requirements:
• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
• Minimum 5–8 years of experience in panel board manufacturing
• Strong knowledge of LV panels, MCC, PCC, control panels, and PLC systems
• Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings and diagrams
• Experience in testing and commissioning of panels
• Leadership and team management skills
• Familiarity with international standards (IEC, etc.) is preferred
• Currently residing in Saudi Arabia
• Transferable Iqama (ready for immediate transfer)
