Core Duties and Responsibilities :
Dispatching & Scheduling: Schedule and dispatch technicians for repairs, installations, and preventative maintenance.
Prioritize emergency service calls and optimize technician routes for efficiency.
Manage technician calendars and ensure timely arrival at customer locations.
Act as the main point of contact for customer inquiries, ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
Inform customers of technician arrival times and provide updates on job progress.
Handle client inquiries and route technical questions to appropriate personnel.
Administrative & Technical Support: Create, maintain, and close out service work orders and maintenance contracts.
Procure, track, and order necessary parts and materials for field technicians.
Review field service logs, prepare invoices, and process purchase orders.
Maintain customer databases, including service histories and equipment information.
Operational Oversight: Ensure compliance with safety protocols and company policies.
Monitor and track technician time and attendance.
Assist with the management of inventory tools and fleet vehicles.
