WHAT YOU'LL DO
Manage executive calendars, scheduling, travel arrangements, and correspondence
Draft, format, and manage business documents, reports, and official correspondence
Leverage AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Notion AI, etc. ) to streamline workflows and boost output quality
Assist with invoicing, procurement documentation, and administrative finance tasks
Adapt quickly to shifting priorities and evolving team needs — no two days are the same
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
Minimum 1–2 years experience as an Executive Assistant or in an admin role
Comfortable using AI productivity tools
Strong written and verbal English communication skills
Proficient in MS Office and/or Google Workspace
Naturally adaptable, self-driven, and organised
Discreet, detail-focused, and professional
Open to learning new tools and processes on the fly
Valid CPR / Bahrain residency (or eligible to transfer)
BONUS POINTS IF YOU HAVE
→ Prior work experience in Bahrain
→ Bilingual in English and Arabic
→ Familiarity with Trello, or Airtable
→ Background in transport or logistics
