We are looking for experienced Chiller Technicians for a leading Facilities Management company in Saudi Arabia.
Position: Chiller Technician
Key Responsibilities:
• Installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of HVAC systems including Chillers, AHUs, FCUs, Split Units, VRV/VRF Systems & Package Units
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance activities
• Diagnose mechanical and electrical faults in HVAC/Chiller equipment
• Monitor system performance and ensure energy efficiency
• Maintain maintenance reports and technical documentation
• Follow safety standards and company policies
• Attend emergency breakdowns and system failures promptly
Requirements:
• Diploma in HVAC / Mechanical Engineering (Mandatory)
• Minimum 5 years of experience in HVAC/Chiller systems within Facilities Management industry
• Gulf experience preferred
• Ability to read and understand technical drawings and diagrams
• Strong troubleshooting and technical skills
• Good English communication skills
• Arabic communication skills preferred
