- Manage the complete sales cycle from inquiry to order closure.
- Prepare technical and commercial proposals in coordination with engineering and operations teams.
- Conduct product presentations and technical discussions with clients.
- Handle key accounts and ensure high customer satisfaction.
- Support clients with equipment selection, troubleshooting coordination, and service solutions.
- Follow up on quotations, negotiations, and payment collections.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies.
- Identify upcoming projects and shutdown opportunities.
- Maintain updated customer and project databases.
Minimum Requirements -
- 5 to 10 years of sales experience in rotating equipment or industrial products.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
- Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office.
