China Railway 18 Bureau Group is looking for an experienced Planning Engineer to join our team for prestigious high-rise hospitality projects.
Requirements:
• Minimum 10+ years of experience in construction planning
• Mandatory experience in high-rise buildings
• Strong background in 4-star and 5-star hotel projects
• Proficiency in project planning and scheduling software such as Primavera P6
• Excellent understanding of construction sequencing, project controls, and reporting
• Ability to work in a fast-paced international construction environment

Candidates without proven high-rise building experience will NOT be considered.
