Position: FTTx Supervisor
Location: Riyadh
Availability: Immediate Joiners Preferred
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise daily FTTH/FTTx field activities including ducting, excavation, fiber pulling, splicing, and reinstatement.
Coordinate with survey, civil, fiber, QC, and subcontractor teams to ensure smooth workflow.
Ensure work execution follows client standards (STC/Mobily/Zain) and approved drawings.
Monitor site progress, resolve technical issues, and report daily updates to the Project Coordinator/Manager.
Conduct site inspections to ensure safety compliance and quality of work.
Verify materials, BOQs, and as‑built data from field teams.
Requirements:
Diploma/Degree in Telecom, Electrical, or Civil Engineering.
2–4 years experience in FTTH/FTTx/OSP supervision.
Strong knowledge of fiber rollout, HDD, ducting, manholes, and splicing workflows.
Good communication, leadership, and reporting skills.
Ability to manage multiple teams and work under pressure.
