Position: Customer Coordinator – STC Projects
Location: Riyadh
Availability: Immediate Joiners Preferred

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate with STC teams, contractors, and internal departments for daily project updates.
Handle customer requests, service orders, and follow‑ups related to FTTH/OSP activities.
Track work orders, appointments, and service delivery timelines through STC systems.
Prepare daily/weekly reports, customer status updates, and escalation summaries.
Ensure smooth communication between field teams and STC customer service units.
Resolve customer issues promptly and maintain high service quality.

Requirements:

Previous experience working on STC telecom projects (mandatory).
Strong communication and coordination skills.
Good knowledge of FTTH/OSP workflows and STC processes.
Proficiency in MS Office and basic reporting.
Ability to handle customer escalations and fast‑paced operations.
