Prepare wooden and MDF surfaces for spray painting and polishing
Apply primer, base coat, PU paint, melamine, and clear finishes
Operate spray-painting equipment and maintain tools properly
Perform sanding, putty work, and surface finishing
Ensure smooth, high-quality paint finish on furniture and joinery items
Match colors and finishing samples as per client requirements
Inspect finished products for defects and touch-up if required
Maintain cleanliness of spray booth and work area
Follow safety procedures while handling paints and chemicals
Coordinate with carpenters, polishers, and supervisors for production schedules
Handle polishing and repainting works during installation or snagging
Requirements:
Experience in interior fit-out and joinery painting works
Knowledge of PU, NC, melamine, and wood coating systems
Ability to achieve premium finishing quality
Minimum 2 years experience preferred
