1. Minimum Qualification

Intermediate (Higher Secondary School Certificate or equivalent)
2. Communication Skills

Good command of English (written and verbal) for effective communication and reporting
3. Skills & Responsibilities

3.1 Installation & Maintenance of Fire Safety Equipment

Install fire alarm systems, sprinkler systems, fire extinguishers, and emergency lighting in residential, commercial, and industrial facilities
Carry out installation works in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, and safety standards
3.2 Equipment Maintenance & Repair

Perform routine maintenance, testing, and inspection of fire alarms, sprinkler systems, fire hoses, and fire extinguishers to ensure proper functionality
Troubleshoot faults and repair malfunctioning fire protection systems to maintain operational reliability
Implement system upgrades and modifications in compliance with current fire safety codes and regulations


3.3 Inspection & Testing

Conduct periodic inspections of fire detection, suppression, and life safety systems
Perform functional testing of fire alarm systems, fire suppression systems, and emergency equipment to ensure compliance with safety regulations
3.4 Documentation & Reporting

Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of installation, inspection, testing, maintenance, and repair activities
Prepare and submit reports on system performance, deficiencies, and compliance with applicable codes and standards
Ensure proper documentation is available for audits and regulatory inspections.
