Role Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and proactive MEP Supervisor to oversee the mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems of our premium campus in Dhahran. As a top-tier educational institution, we maintain the highest standards of safety, comfort, and operational efficiency. The ideal candidate will possess deep technical expertise and the leadership skills necessary to manage complex facility systems and external contractors.
Key Responsibilities
System Oversight: Manage and maintain all MEP systems, including electrical distribution, complex pumps and plumbing network systems, large-scale HVAC/chiller, and BMS Systems.
Preventative Maintenance: Develop and execute comprehensive maintenance schedules to ensure zero downtime for school operations.
Contractor Management: Supervise third-party vendors and on-site technicians to ensure work meets school quality and safety standards.
Emergency Response: Act as the primary technical lead for system failures, ensuring rapid resolution of electrical outages, leaks, or climate control issues.
Sustainability & Efficiency: Monitor utility consumption and propose technical upgrades to improve energy efficiency and reduce operational costs.
Compliance: Ensure all MEP activities comply with local Saudi Arabian regulations and international safety standards
Qualifications & Experience
Education: Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
Experience: Minimum of 8–10 years of experience in MEP maintenance, with at least 3 years in a supervisory role. Experience in a school, hospital or hotel environment is highly preferred.
Technical Expertise: Strong diagnostic and repair skills in HVAC, Electrical and Fire Fighting systems.
Soft Skills: Strong communication skills in English; ability to manage a diverse team under pressure.
Location: Current residence in the Eastern Province or willingness to relocate to Dhahran
