POSITION 1: SAFETY OFFICER

ROLE OVERVIEW
We are seeking a dedicated Safety Officer to champion HSE compliance across our project sites and warehousing operations, enforcing safety protocols and fostering a zero-incident culture.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Develop and monitor HSE plans aligned with Saudi Aramco, Red Sea Global, and NEOM standards
• Conduct daily site inspections, toolbox talks, and comprehensive risk assessments
• Investigate incidents and near-misses; prepare root cause analysis reports with corrective actions
• Ensure compliance with Saudi labor law, OSHA standards, and client-specific HSE frameworks
• Coordinate safety inductions, emergency drills, and training programs for all site personnel
• Manage Permits to Work (PTW) for hot work, confined space, and work-at-height activities
• Maintain all HSE documentation and liaise with project managers and external auditors
REQUIREMENTS
• 3–5 years of HSE experience on construction or industrial projects in Saudi Arabia
• NEBOSH IGC, IOSH, or equivalent internationally recognized HSE certification
• Familiarity with Saudi Aramco GI standards and OSHA 30 protocols
• Strong communication skills in English; Arabic proficiency is an advantage
• Valid Saudi driving license preferred
POSITION 2: ADMIN SUPPORT OFFICER

ROLE OVERVIEW
We are seeking a highly organized Admin Support Officer to manage day-to-day administrative functions, coordinate documentation, and support cross-departmental operations within our Riyadh headquarters.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Manage correspondence, filing, and document control across logistics, procurement, and finance departments
• Coordinate scheduling, travel arrangements, and meeting logistics for senior management
• Prepare and proofread reports, presentations, proposals, and official communications in English and Arabic
• Handle vendor onboarding, government portal submissions, and regulatory filings
• Maintain HR records, attendance, leave trackers, and personnel files per Saudi labor law
• Support visa processing, Iqama renewals, and GRO coordination via Muqeem, Qiwa, and Absher
• Assist procurement and logistics teams with PO tracking and invoice processing
REQUIREMENTS
• 2–4 years of administrative experience in a trading or construction firm in KSA
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field
• Strong command of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and ERP/DMS systems
• Fluent in English; Arabic proficiency is highly preferred
• Experience with Saudi government portals (Muqeem, Qiwa, Absher) is a strong advantage
