Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise daily spa operations and staff performance
• Ensure excellent customer service and guest satisfaction
• Manage appointments, schedules, and staff coordination
• Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and spa standards
• Assist with inventory management and ordering supplies
• Handle guest inquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally
• Support marketing promotions and membership programs
• Train and motivate spa therapists and reception staff
Requirements:
• Previous experience in a spa, salon, or hospitality supervisory role
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Excellent customer service and problem-solving abilities
• Professional appearance and positive attitude
• Ability to work flexible shifts, weekends, and holidays if required
• Knowledge of spa treatments and wellness services is preferred
