Requirements:
Minimum 6+ years of Gulf experience
Strong knowledge of: Estimation, Technical documentation, BOQ, Tendering and bidding processes (Technical Proposal & Commercial Proposal, Good communication and coordination skills
Transferable Iqama is mandatory
Saudi driving license is an advantage (optional)
