Event & Hospitality Operations Professional

I am Maaz Ahmad, an experienced Event & Hospitality Operations Professional with strong expertise in luxury hospitality, VIP guest handling, banquet supervision, and large-scale event management. I have professional experience working in Qatar’s hospitality and event industry, managing weddings, corporate events, conferences, VIP lounges, and high-profile international events.

I completed my Bachelor’s degree in Tourism & Hotel Management from the University of Malakand (2018–2022). Throughout my career, I have developed strong skills in event planning, hospitality operations, team leadership, customer service, logistics coordination, and client management.

I worked as an Event Manager at Fahad Signature Event & Fashion Design where I managed weddings, corporate functions, private events, and VIP gatherings. My responsibilities included coordinating vendors, supervising staff, managing banquet operations, and ensuring successful event execution with premium hospitality standards.

I also worked with W Hotel & Residences as a Banquet & VIP Event Supervisor during AFC 2024 Skybox events, handling VIP hospitality operations, supervising banquet teams, and maintaining high service quality for international guests and officials.

In addition, I worked at BM Events (Brilliant Minds Events) as an Event Operations Supervisor, where I supervised banquet teams, coordinated event setups, managed guest services, and supported large-scale hospitality operations.
