We are looking for an experienced Fabrication Work Supervisor to oversee daily fabrication activities, manage manpower, ensure quality standards, and maintain project schedules. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills and hands-on experience in steel fabrication, welding, and workshop/site supervision.
Responsibilities
Supervise fabrication work at workshop and project sites
Coordinate with engineers, clients, and project teams
Monitor welding, cutting, fitting, and assembly activities
Ensure work is completed according to drawings and specifications
Maintain safety and quality standards at all times
Manage workforce productivity and material usage
Prepare daily progress reports and site updates
Resolve fabrication and installation issues efficiently
Requirements
Minimum 5+ years of experience in fabrication supervision
Knowledge of steel structure fabrication and welding processes
Ability to read engineering drawings and technical documents
Strong leadership and communication skills
Familiarity with safety regulations and quality procedures
Diploma or technical qualification preferred
