We are looking for a fast-paced, detail-oriented Line Cook to join our kitchen team. You will be responsible for preparing high-quality seafood dishes following our established recipes. The goal is to deliver perfectly cooked, beautifully plated meals to our guests every time.
What You’ll Do:
• Manage a specific station (Grill, Sauté, or Fry) during high-volume lunch and dinner shifts.
• Ensure all seafood proteins are cooked to the correct internal temperature and texture.
• Prepare "mise en place" (sauces, garnishes, and prep) to ensure the station is ready for service.
• Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure all plates for a table come out at the same time.
What We’re Looking For:
• Speed: Ability to handle a high-volume "ticket rail" without getting overwhelmed.
• Precision: Consistency is key—the 50th dish should look and taste exactly like the 1st.
