We are looking for an experienced Mechanical Site Engineer with strong hands-on experience in solar tracker installation.
Mandatory Requirements:
✔ 3–7 years of experience in utility-scale solar projects
✔ Hands-on experience in:
NextTracker
GameChange Solar (GCS)
✔ Strong knowledge of PTW (Permit to Work) process
✔ Ability to manage supervisors, foremen, and technicians
✔ Experience in preparing daily work plans and achieving targets
✔ Ability to provide technical support and solve site issues
✔ Knowledge of safety and quality standards
Responsibilities:
Supervise tracker installation activities
Lead site teams and monitor productivity
Coordinate with construction, quality, and safety departments
Ensure work completion as per project schedule and standards
Handle PTW and site documentation
