Key Responsibilities:
Monitor and manage daily accommodation and camp arrangements for employees
Coordinate room allocations, transfers, and occupancy monitoring
Maintain accommodation records, inventories, and employee accommodation lists
Coordinate maintenance concerns and housekeeping requirements
Ensure cleanliness, safety, and proper living conditions within the accommodation facilities
Coordinate with site supervisors and departments regarding accommodation requirements
Monitor camp discipline and compliance with company policies and regulations
Report accommodation-related issues and recommend improvements when necessary
Qualifications:
Previous experience in accommodation, camp, or facilities coordination is preferred
Good communication and organizational skills
Ability to manage accommodation records and employee concerns
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
Ability to work under pressure and handle daily operational coordination
Salary Package:
Basic Salary: SAR 1,750
Food Allowance (FA): SAR 250
