Hiring In Riyadh - Cost Controller - Construction Co.

A contracting and construction company is seeking to hire a Cost Controller with 10 to 15 years of experience to join its team and support the monitoring and control of project costs in line with approved budgets.

*Key Responsibilities:

-Monitor and control project costs against the approved budget.
-Prepare periodic reports on actual costs, forecasts, and cost variances.
-Review purchase orders, invoices, and payment certificates to ensure alignment with project budgets.
-Coordinate with project, procurement, and finance departments to control expenses.
-Analyze the cost of materials, manpower, equipment, and subcontractors.
-Support project management in preparing monthly cost reports and financial forecasts.
-Track variation orders and assess their financial impact on the project.

*Requirements:

-Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Engineering, or a related field.
-10 to 15 years of experience in cost control, preferably in the contracting/construction sector.
-Strong experience in budgeting, variance analysis, and project financial reporting.
-Proficiency in Excel and ERP systems.
-Ability to coordinate with project, procurement, and finance teams.
-Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
