AMHZ Consulting is seeking a highly skilled ISO 45001 Consultant and Trainer with a strong construction industry background to join our growing team.
As an ISO 45001 expert, you will play a pivotal role in helping construction companies and other organizations across the region implement, maintain, and continuously improve their Occupational Health & Safety Management Systems (OH&S). You will combine deep technical knowledge with practical training delivery to drive real cultural and operational change in workplace safety.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead ISO 45001:2018 consulting projects, including gap analysis, system development, implementation support, internal audits, and certification readiness.
Design and deliver engaging ISO 45001 awareness, implementation, and internal auditor training programs (both in-person and virtual).
Provide expert guidance on hazard identification, risk assessment, legal compliance, and incident investigation tailored to construction environments.
Support clients in integrating ISO 45001 with other management systems (e.g., ISO 9001, ISO 14001).
Conduct site visits and assessments at construction projects to evaluate OH&S performance and recommend practical improvements.
Stay updated with latest developments in occupational health & safety standards, regulations, and best practices in the GCC/MENA region.
Prepare high-quality reports, documentation, and presentations for clients and management.
Requirements:
Minimum 3+ years of hands-on experience as an ISO 45001 Consultant, Auditor, or Trainer.
Strong construction background is essential — previous experience working with contractors, EPC companies, or construction project safety is highly preferred.
Proven track record in successfully implementing ISO 45001 management systems and achieving certification for clients.
Excellent command of both Arabic and English (spoken and written) — a mandatory requirement.
Certified ISO 45001 Lead Auditor or Lead Implementer (preferred).
Strong presentation and training skills with the ability to engage diverse audiences.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple client projects effectively.
Willingness to travel within the GCC region as needed.
