RESPONSIBILITIES:


� Performing the material receiving inspection material identification and fit up inspection
as per piping class according the drawings.

� During fabrication material identification according to MTC, Material grade, heat number,
thickness, length and checking working going as per drawings and clientsâ??specifications.

� Raising request for inspection (RFI) to client for dimensional inspection, components bevel
angel, root cap and alignment before welding for go head clearance to the welding.

� Witness and inspection both fabrication and site activities ensuring that project
specifications are built to requirements.

� Verify base materials and welding consumables materials matches to the requirement and
ensure that the specified welding filler metals are used on each base metal or combination of
base materials .

� Verify reports before submitting the clients.

â? During pre-Hydro testing activities, check all gaugeâ??s calibration certificates in its
maximum range against the test pressure, recorder calibration certificate with the
Inspection of piping spool fabrication as per fabrication drawing, visual inspection for joint
fit-up. pre-hydro-testing activities (cleaning) of pipeline Are done .

� Leak test are done according to drawing requirement.

� Preparation of Test packs and final dossier submission to client for approval.

� Completing the final documentation work as per the site instruction and get sign off from
client. Responsible for testing of various valves, including, gate valves, butterfly valves, safety
relief valves, etc

� Performing final inspection with client.

� Co-ordinate NDT & PWHT activities in pre-fab shops & site.

� Ensure the chemicals used for MPI & LPI are approved by company.

â? Conduct hydroâ??testing, de-watering , pre-drying activities of pipeline.

release activities prior to painting.

testing by ensuring that all welding inspection and NDT activities affecting the quality of
welds contained in each piping spools of an isometric have been completed and accepted.

� Monitor QC reports, deposition of non-conformance reports with corrective actions.
Overall supervision for prefabrication/construction.

� Visual inspection of all finished components and witnessing on some of the Testing
method like Hydro test and pneumatic test for piping.

� Weld Visual Inspection of piping/equipment for both pressure and non-pressure parts.

� Cross checking the DWIR by physical verification of joints and weldmap.

� Spool/Line check to verify -Dimensions, Orientation, Rolling, Flange Ratings, Traceability-
as per Drawing. Review of Test Package and certification.
