I am currently seeking an IT Network Specialist / Network Administrator / IT specialist position. I have 5 and a half years of IT experience and a Master’s degree in Computer Science, along with courses like CCNA, CCNP, PCNSE, NSE 4, Azure AZ-104, and MCSE.

My experience includes:

Provided L1/L2 support, including system installation and troubleshooting of hardware, software, and printers.
Hands-on experience in L3 networking, including troubleshooting Cisco routers, switches, and FortiGate firewalls.
Managed and supported 5 offices independently, assisting the CTO with IT planning and ensuring smooth operations.
