Preferred qualifications:
* Preferably from Sri Lanka or India
* Age 24–35 preferred
* Experience in baking, cakes, desserts, pastries, cookies, or bakery work
* Previous experience in bakery, hotel kitchen, pastry shop, or catering preferred
* Able to follow recipes and measurements accurately
* Clean, organized, trustworthy, and able to work independently
* Basic English communication required
* Main responsibilities will be baking production and family cooking
* Comfortable working in a home-based business environment
* Pastry & Bakery certification, bakery diploma, hotel kitchen training, or equivalent bakery/pastry experience preferred
