Assist in managing daily accommodation operations
Maintain occupancy records, room allocation, and bed space tracking
Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams for cleanliness and repairs
Conduct regular inspections of rooms and common areas
Ensure compliance with company policies and HSE standards
Handle resident complaints and resolve issues promptly
Support check-in and check-out processes for employees
Maintain inventory of accommodation supplies
